About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Advisor to join our team at Block Advisors, an H&R Block brand. As a Tax Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing expert tax guidance and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their tax needs and provide personalized service.
  • Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Conduct tax planning and audit support to help clients minimize tax liabilities and maximize refunds.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow client relationships and increase revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations, and provide ongoing training and education to clients and colleagues.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in tax preparation and planning.
  • CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
  • Experience working with virtual tools, such as video conferencing and chat.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
