Lube Technician

We are seeking a skilled Lube Technician to join our team at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service while performing preventative maintenance services for our guests' vehicles.

Our award-winning training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge to excel in this role, including changing oil, checking and refilling fluids, rotating tires, testing and replacing batteries, inspecting and replacing lights and wipers, and performing an 18-point safety check.

• Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
• Perform preventative maintenance services on vehicles, including oil changes, fluid checks, and tire rotations
• Work collaboratively with our team to ensure fast, easy, and trusted services
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies

• Flexibility to work weekends
• Eagerness to learn and a friendly attitude
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Mobility to crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
