RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a Clinical Support Specialist who will be tasked with various responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Triage patients effectively
- Prepare and manage medical records
- Room patients for examinations
- Provide clinical assistance to healthcare providers
- Greet patients and visitors, either in person or via phone, addressing inquiries or directing them appropriately
- Enhance patient satisfaction, optimize provider time, and ensure efficient treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments
- Maintain patient appointment schedules by notifying providers of arrivals, reviewing service delivery against schedules, and alerting providers of any delays
- Alleviate patient concerns by anticipating anxieties, responding to questions, and maintaining a welcoming reception area
- Ensure the availability of treatment information by organizing and retrieving patient records
- Manage patient accounts by collecting, recording, and updating personal and financial details
- Oversee office inventory and equipment by monitoring stock levels, anticipating supply needs, placing orders, and verifying receipt of supplies
- Safeguard patient rights by upholding confidentiality of personal and financial information
- Support operational effectiveness by adhering to policies and procedures, reporting necessary changes
- Contribute to team success by achieving related objectives as needed
