Job Title: Speech Therapist / SLP

Solomon Page is seeking a skilled Speech Therapist / SLP to join their team in High Point, North Carolina.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Speech Therapist / SLP to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Speech Therapist / SLP, you will assess patients, diagnose disorders that impact swallowing and speaking, and develop personalized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients and diagnose disorders that impact swallowing and speaking
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
  • Counsel individuals and their families on ways to support and improve treatment plans
  • Update patient records according to departmental processes
Requirements:
  • Current North Carolina license
  • Advanced degree from an accredited program
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and compassion
  • Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension
  • Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
