About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Pomerene, Arizona.

As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical abilities and develop personalized care plans to address their needs.
  • Provide manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions to help clients regain their independence.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Document observations, interventions, and evaluations to track clients' progress and make informed decisions about their care.

Requirements

  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
