Salary and Benefits

The hourly range for this role is $30 to $40, with top performers making more than $40 per hour based on experience and hours worked. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer excellent benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, and a 401k plan.

We also provide free advanced education, expert internal training teams, and training partnerships with industry-leading manufacturers like Redken. Our flexible scheduling availability ensures that you can work the hours that suit you best.

Job Description

This Licensed Hair Stylist/Cosmetologist role involves providing exceptional hair care services to clients while earning up to 75% in commissions. The job requires a valid cosmetology or barber license, strong skills in cutting and coloring, and the ability to adapt to various schedules based on client demand.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A current cosmetology or barber license applicable to state requirements and eligible to work in the US.
  • Able and willing to work various schedules based on your income goals and guest demand.
  • Ability to show basic skill-set in terms of layered cuts, clipper cuts, and basic color application.
