About the Role

As an In-Home Therapy Professional with Walker Therapeutic & Educational Programs (Walker), you will play a vital role in providing strength-based therapy to youth and their families. You will conduct home visits, assessments, and therapy sessions to help improve social, emotional, and behavioral functioning among children and adolescents.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each child and family.
  2. Collaborate with TT&S staff to ensure seamless coordination of care and effective risk assessment and safety planning.
  3. Communicate regularly with families, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure ongoing support and progress monitoring.

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development. We welcome candidates who share our passion for helping children and families thrive.

Applicants must possess a Master's degree in a related field, such as clinical psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work, from a CBHI-approved list of degrees. Experience working with children and adolescents, particularly those with behavioral health needs, is highly valued.
