Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project managers to develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.
  • Monitor the progress of construction activities and ensure strict adherence to project specifications.
  • Effectively coordinate and communicate with architects, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders involved in the project.
  • Review and interpret detailed project drawings and specifications.
  • Assist in the procurement of necessary materials and equipment for the project.
  • Conduct thorough quality control inspections to guarantee that all work meets industry standards.
  • Prepare and maintain meticulous project documentation, including reports and change orders.
  • Actively participate in resolving any project-related issues or disputes that may arise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working on commercial construction projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant regulations.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
