Speech and Language Pathologist Opportunity

ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide essential speech and language services to students in a partner school district. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will help students overcome communication challenges and thrive in their academic and social environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities to identify areas of need.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student assessments.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in one-on-one and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication goals.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports.
  • Participate in IEP meetings to discuss student progress and recommend speech and language goals.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • CA state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (preferred).
  • Clinical Fellows welcome.
  • Experience in a school setting or working with children (preferred).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
