Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Oversee and implement projects that drive improvements across various processes.
- Analytical Problem Solving: Conduct thorough investigations and feasibility studies to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Process Innovation: Create and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), establish testing parameters, and enhance processes, equipment, and products.
- Performance Enhancement: Promote continuous improvement initiatives focusing on efficiency, quality, safety, and service delivery.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field with a minimum of three years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with nine years of related experience.
- Proficiency in analyzing production equipment, processes, and materials to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Familiarity with statistical and quality methodologies such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Design of Experiments (DOE).
- Experience in writing and managing Process Control Plans and Process Reaction Plans.
- Knowledge of thermoforming, injection molding, print, and paper equipment and processes.
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply engineering principles and techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex information.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently and within a team setting.
