Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Assembly Operator to join our team at NOVA Automation. This role involves building and manufacturing equipment, working with electrical systems, and ensuring high-quality products.

As an Electrical Assembly Operator, you will read blueprints, build to specifications, use various machines and hand tools, and maintain logs and records. You will also be responsible for inventorying tools and parts, contacting materials handlers when necessary, and performing basic repairs on assembly equipment.

The ideal candidate will have at least six months of experience in construction, distribution, or manufacturing, a high school diploma or GED, and basic math and reasoning skills. Self-motivation, ability to meet deadlines with limited supervision, and experience operating a forklift are preferred qualifications.

Salary Information:

Our salary range for this position is $27.50-$33 per hour, commensurate with experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including 401(k) matching, dental insurance, vision insurance, health insurance, and employee assistance program.
