We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a travel nurse. Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in ICU nursing, with a minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and maintaining accurate and detailed records.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting, adhering to established standards and protocols.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and prioritize care accordingly.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient vital signs, respond to changes, and report concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records, including patient charts and progress notes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of recent experience in ICU nursing.
  • Strong background in critical care nursing, with knowledge of ICU protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
