4. Establish a foundation for continuous improvement and employee empowerment by ensuring adherence to standardized processes and implementing necessary adjustments to maintain compliance with safety and 5-S protocols.
5. Develop a strategic plan to advance the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program in alignment with corporate guidelines.
6. Determine the optimal staffing structure for production operations, providing effective cross-training and development opportunities for a versatile workforce.
