Job Title: Physical Therapist

Clewiston Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation and recovery of our residents.

Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the physical therapy services at our facility. This includes developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting physical therapy sessions, and evaluating resident progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents
  • Conduct physical therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions
  • Evaluate resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident treatment and progress
Requirements:
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida
  • Experience working in a rehabilitation setting, preferably with geriatric patients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
