We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Heart and Vascular Recovery team at Mercy. As a critical care nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care to post-procedure cardiovascular patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized care to patients with diverse cardiac-related diagnoses, including congestive heart failure, arrhythmias, and post-procedure cardiovascular patients.
- Collaborate with cardiovascular physicians and clinics to ensure seamless patient care and successful discharge.
- Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and families.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
- Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
- Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills.
