Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Ophthalmologist to join our team at Atlantic Vision Partners. As an Ophthalmologist, you will be responsible for providing medical and surgical eye care services to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing corrective surgeries to repair injuries and corneas, and remove cataracts.
  • Diagnosing and treating eye diseases and injuries, including advanced surgical procedures.
  • Managing emergency eye clinics, outpatient clinics, or other specialist eye clinics.
  • Treating medical disorders that affect vision through a holistic approach.

Requirements:

  • Board Eligible (within 5 years of completing your Residency) or Board Certified in Ophthalmology.
  • Completion of training from an accredited medical school.
  • Successful completion of an Internship and Residency in Ophthalmology from an accredited facility.
  • An active state medical license or pending in North Carolina.
