Job Summary:

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in maintaining the care and well-being of our geriatric population.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve meals, and assist with cleaning up after meals
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being
  • Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks
  • Run errands and assist with transportation
