We're looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for helping our Fortune 50-100 customers succeed with Writer. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to build processes for onboarding, adoption, and retention, while working closely with our Director of customer success and other customer success managers.
Our Net Revenue Retention (NRR) is +130%, and Gross Renewal Rate (GRR) is +95%, providing a strong foundation for success. You'll act as the single point-person for customers, creating, owning, and driving their overall success plan, while also developing expertise as an advisor of best practices in developing on-brand content at scale.
Your key responsibilities
- Project manage programs that drive adoption, business value, and renew usage of Writer
- Develop and maintain deep relationships across your customers to strengthen partnerships and create new advocates
- Collaborate with Sales to introduce opportunities for revenue growth, cross-sell, and upsell
- Analyze product usage data to provide deeper insights to customer champions
- Collect and share insights to help Product identify scalable and unscalable ways to educate and activate the user base
