Key Responsibilities- Plan and implement daily enrichment activities, including arts and crafts, sports, and educational programs.
- Develop and supervise daily structured activities for students, promoting socialization and learning.
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with other staff members to achieve program goals and objectives.
- Provide daily direction and supervision to students, promoting positive behavior and attitudes.
- Experience working with youth, preferably in an after-school program setting.
- Ability to plan and implement activities that promote socialization, learning, and physical activity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.
- Ability to maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.

- 13-17 paid annual holidays.
