Therapy Staff EDU is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team for a local contract job in Plantation, Florida.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality services to students in a school setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with communication disorders and a strong commitment to evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs.
  • Provide intervention services to students in a variety of settings, including individual and group sessions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement strategies to support students' communication development.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Meet federal and state mandates, as well as local policies, in the performance of duties.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Current certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with students with communication disorders in a school setting.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and ability to implement them in a school setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
