Server Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at The Lure Fish House. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take orders from guests and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Fulfill guest requests and provide attentive service throughout the meal.
  • Carry hot and cold plates to guests, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.
  • Lift and carry trays with drinks, ensuring a smooth and seamless service experience.
  • Pre-bus tables by removing plates, glassware, silverware, and garbage, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Process payments and make change, handling cash and credit transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform light cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements: Previous experience as a Server or in a related role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
