About the RoleThis key position involves leading communication efforts across the enterprise to inform stakeholders about Inflation Reduction Act developments. The successful candidate will provide timely decision support to the Vice President by coordinating with multiple stakeholders within U.S. Commercial, including Finance, Marketing Analytics, Market Access, Government Affairs, Legal, and Therapeutic Area leadership.
The Director of IRA Strategy, Operations and Communications will be responsible for attending strategic meetings related to the Inflation Reduction Act, identifying necessary actions, creating milestones, timelines, and work plans in collaboration with working teams.
In addition to project management duties, this individual will partner with U.S. Commercial Therapeutic Area members to lead multiple IRA initiatives. They must operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, establish trust across the organization, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Lead communication efforts across the enterprise to inform stakeholders on IRA developments
- Provide timely decision support to the VP through close coordination and collaboration with multiple stakeholders
- Attend cross-functional strategic meetings, identify necessary actions, create milestones, timelines, and work plans
- Partner with U.S. Commercial Therapeutic Area members to lead multiple IRA initiatives
- Maintain accountability for business update activities, staff meetings, executive presentations, and other events
- 7-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry in Market Access, Government Affairs or Analytical leadership roles
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- U.S. Commercial experience required with strong matrix skills and cultural sensitivity
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence and manage complex internal and external stakeholders

Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $160,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive package of benefits, including medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
