Machinist Specialist

Job Summary

At Turbo Research Inc., we're seeking an experienced Machinist to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you'll be responsible for operating machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machine tools: Use conventional lathes, mills, and general machine shop tools to produce precision parts and instruments.
• Modify parts and materials: Improve overall production by modifying parts and materials as needed.
• Test equipment: Detect and remove defects from completed equipment.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Calculations: Calculate dimensions and tolerance using measuring instruments.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in machinery or related fields is required.
• Familiarity: Familiarity with machine tools and equipment is essential.
• Skills: Strong analytical and mathematical skills are necessary.
• Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail is required to ensure high-quality production.
