Relief Merchandiser

MERCHANDISER - LARGE STORE RELIEF DUTIES

As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for building displays, replenishing inventory on customer shelves, racks, and cold equipment. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including relieving merchandiser routes, training new team members, and ensuring the proper care of equipment and Company/customer assets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Relieve merchandiser routes and ensure seamless execution of merchandising tasks
* Train and present effective merchandising training methods
* Sell and execute at store level
* Maintain product integrity in every account
* Rotate and replenish products in customer outlet
* Provide feedback and recommendations to leadership on competitive threats and business opportunities as they arise
* Establish and maintain positive relationships with all customers
* Perform other duties as assigned by management
