* Develop and revise patient care goals in conjunction with the patient and family
* Act as a patient advocate and seek assistance when necessary

**Qualifications:**

* Graduation from an approved school of physical therapy
* Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts and New Hampshire
* At least one year's experience as a registered therapist in a rehabilitation or acute care setting
