Position Overview:

Position Details:

  • Outlet: Mountain Perk
  • Starting Wage: $20 per hour
  • Shift Type: Part-Time, including Weekends and Holidays
  • Skill Level: Entry-Level

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build connections with guests and fellow team members
  • Share enthusiasm for the mountains during service
  • Adhere to leadership guidelines as discussed in daily pre-shift meetings
  • Prepare beverage stations and food displays, manage cash register, greet guests, and clear tables
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations throughout the shift
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience is necessary; we will provide training for all essential skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 lbs
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

A Restaurant Crew member is a versatile employee who may work across various departments and roles to support the collaborative environment of the resort, which may include:

  • Mountain Activities
  • Retail Rental Operations
  • Food and Beverage Assistance
  • Ticket Sales or Scanning
  • Lift Operations
  • Base Area Operations

The anticipated pay range for this position is $20.00 per hour. Individual compensation will be determined based on various factors.
