Key Responsibilities- Prepare and position patients for CT scans, ensuring accurate and safe procedures.
- Operate CT scanners and other imaging equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnosis and treatment.
- Administer contrast media and medications as needed, following established protocols and guidelines.
- Monitor patient safety and well-being during procedures, reporting any abnormalities or concerns.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Current licensure as a Radiologic Technologist in the state of Illinois.
- Certification in Computed Tomography (CT) or Nuclear Medicine Technology (CNMT) preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
