Job Description

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in emergency or critical care nursing, preferably in a hospital setting. A strong foundation in nursing principles, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, is essential for success in this role. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional conditions, developing individualized plans of care that address their unique needs.
  • Implement evidence-based practices to ensure high-quality patient care, improving patient outcomes and reducing complications.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring seamless transitions of care.
  • Maintain accurate records, documenting patient information and progress, and communicating effectively with colleagues and healthcare providers.
