POSITION SUMMARY
Provide direct support to the Sales Department in developing both existing and potential customers, ensuring the department achieves its monthly objectives and growth targets.
Role and Responsibilities
We are in search of driven sales professionals who aspire to thrive in our growing organization. Sales Consultants have the potential to earn a substantial income.
- Assess customer needs for HVAC solutions
- Prepare and present sales proposals
- Conclude sales and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
Responsibilities and Duties
- Deliver HVAC and home comfort solutions to customers
- Consult with clients to provide tailored HVAC solutions, including our exclusive maintenance program
- Lead the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct follow-ups post-sale to guarantee all agreements are fulfilled to customer satisfaction
- Engage with previous sales leads to provide additional information and secure sales
- Address technical and business inquiries from potential customers
- Present features, pricing, and credit terms, preparing sales orders for completed projects
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Participate in sales initiatives such as trade shows and referral groups
Willingness to work evenings and weekends is essential.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education:
High School Diploma or GED: Required
Associate's Degree: Preferred
Computer Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Requirements
