Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to work in our Emergency Department, night shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to other members of the healthcare team as needed.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and assessments, identifying any changes or concerns.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • RN (Registered Nurse) License
  • Diploma, Associate's, Bachelor's or Higher in Nursing
  • 1 year registered nurse ER experience
  • BLS certification with the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • ACLS certification with the American Heart Association
  • PALS certification with the American Heart Association
