Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to work in our Emergency Department, night shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to other members of the healthcare team as needed.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and assessments, identifying any changes or concerns.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
- RN (Registered Nurse) License
- Diploma, Associate's, Bachelor's or Higher in Nursing
- 1 year registered nurse ER experience
- BLS certification with the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- ACLS certification with the American Heart Association
- PALS certification with the American Heart Association
