Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at Anders Group. As a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and healthcare professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of tasks related to interventional radiology, including preparing patients for procedures, operating imaging equipment, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for interventional radiology procedures, including explaining the procedure and obtaining informed consent
  • Operate imaging equipment, such as X-ray machines and fluoroscopy units, to produce high-quality images
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, including adhering to infection control protocols and disposing of hazardous materials
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including radiologists and nurses, to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements:
  • Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
  • 2+ years of experience in interventional radiology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
