As a Culinary Assistant, you will play a vital role in crafting exceptional dishes. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic kitchen environment and work collaboratively with fellow team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute tasks as outlined in the prep list provided by the chefs
  • Accurately measure and prepare ingredients and seasonings
  • Prepare food items by washing, chopping, and cutting as needed
  • Perform basic cooking tasks such as sauce reduction and parboiling
  • Complete additional kitchen duties as required
  • Deliver outstanding hospitality to our guests

Qualifications:

  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure while fostering a respectful and friendly environment
  • Desire to learn and grow within the culinary field
  • Positive demeanor and strong communication skills
  • Prior experience as a Culinary Assistant is preferred
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
  • Proficiency in a second language is advantageous
