  • Inspect and evaluate the performance of assigned staff, providing feedback and coaching to improve their skills and productivity.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of Housekeeping staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of staff performance, training, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in Housekeeping or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in supervising and training staff to meet high standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
