- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient conditions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and address concerns.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- New York State License for Registered Professional Nurse and current registration or valid permit to practice in New York State as an R.N.
- Associate's Degree required; BSN Degree preferred
- 1 year ICU experience preferred
- Basic Life Support Training
- Infection Control Training Certification in specialty preferred
- Effective English communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to use basic data entry and retrieval systems
