Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Part-Time Production Supervisor to join our team at Stryten Energy. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising production employees, ensuring adherence to schedules, goals, and company policies. You will also be involved in tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), anticipating, and correcting trends which would compromise achievement of targets. If you have strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication skills, and experience in a production environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop employees to meet defined KPIs for Safety, Quality, Production, and Efficiency.
  • Schedule priority production machines and/or lines and employees accordingly.
  • Assist and work under the direction of the Operations Manager.
  • Supervise production employees to ensure adherence to all schedules, goals, company policies, and procedures.
  • Provide feedback and discipline to employees on shift.
  • Take ownership and demonstrate leadership necessary to achieve goals specific to Safety, Quality, Efficiency, and Employee Development.
  • Lead by example to promote and encourage employees to strongly commit to safety.
  • Establish an environment that encourages employee engagement, participation, and teamwork within and between all departments.
  • Schedule product priorities, equipment, workstations, and staff to efficiently meet production goals on time.
  • Track KPIs and correct trends which would compromise achievement of targets.
  • Enter production and employee data into computer systems as required.
  • Audit the floor and monitor productivity metrics.
Requirements:
  • Two years of supervisory experience with demonstrated strong leadership and management skills.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Two years of experience in a production environment.
  • Displays strong interpersonal skills and is accessible and approachable.
  • Ability to utilize and train employees on technology, processes, and procedures.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including creating reports, documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
