Key Responsibilities
The primary role of the Nurse is to deliver medical oversight, care, education, and support to the youth under their supervision. Performance will be evaluated based on individual outcomes, achievement of personal targets/goals, contributions to the overall program team/department, and alignment with the organizational culture.
- Oversee medication administration.
- Maintain accurate medical records.
- Address client medical needs promptly.
- Collaborate directly with psychiatrists to provide professional nursing care.
What qualifications are necessary?
- A valid Driver's License and compliance with any credentialing, licensing, and privileging standards relevant to the department.
- Educational requirement: Associate's Degree in Nursing or a related field.
- No minimum years of relevant professional experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must possess a valid RN license in North Carolina.
