We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at CTR Payroll. In this role, you will work closely with clients to resolve payroll-related issues and ensure timely submission/processing of payrolls.
As a key member of our HCM team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting client issues in our isolved system, assisting with payroll processing, tax filing, and compliance issues. You will also assist clients with accurate data input and maintain client satisfaction and retention.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in payroll, proficiency in word and excel, and strong customer service skills. A background in report writers, general ledger experience, and 401k experience are preferred qualifications.
