  • Provide direct patient care to neonates in the NICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for each patient
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
  • Contribute to the education and training of new staff members and students
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
