Job Description

The Director of Operations is a key member of the senior leadership team at Chick-fil-A Demo Site, responsible for directing the daily operations of our quick service restaurant. This role requires a strong leader who can ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, and financial accountability.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, previous management experience, and a strong analytical and problem-solving ability. They will be responsible for coaching team members in proper procedures and customer relations, ensuring everyone displays a professional attitude at all times, and maintaining strict adherence to Food Safety and Catering procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Member of the senior leadership team
  • Overseeing and leading the specific and general duties, in relation to operating the restaurant
  • Provide and serve as an example of 2nd Mile Service
  • Continuously improve and ensure Operational Excellence
  • Responsible for maintaining strict adherence to Food Safety and Catering procedures
  • Coaching team members in proper procedures and customer relations
  • Ensure everyone is displaying a professional attitude at all times
Requirements
  • Master's Degree
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience as a leader in the customer service industry
