About the Job

Ruan Transportation Management Systems is seeking experienced Class A CDL truck drivers to join our team as regional route drivers. As a dedicated driver for our national customer, you will be responsible for hauling batteries across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unload batteries at each stop using a lift gate and electric pallet jack
  • Meet customer service expectations and maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and maintain accurate records
  • Comply with all safety regulations and company policies
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Earn $31.50 per hour with overtime after 40 hours and $25 per diem
  • Average annual salary of $98,000 and $1,900 per week
  • Drivers are paid every Friday
Schedule and Equipment:
  • Typically depart on Sunday afternoon with multi-stops loads
  • May take 2-3 loads per week and are home weekly, most weekends
  • Assigned automatic late-model Freightliner sleeper cabs
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 22 years old
  • No more than three moving violations in the past three years
  • No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
  • 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
