Position Overview

As a Room Cleaning Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the cleanliness and comfort of guest accommodations while providing exceptional service. Your role is crucial in maintaining the hotel's reputation for outstanding guest experiences. The following tasks will be part of your daily responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly clean assigned guest rooms, which includes making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting surfaces, and vacuuming floors.
  • Replace and refresh bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as required.
  • Conduct deep cleaning tasks as necessary to uphold high cleanliness standards.
  • Efficiently manage and transport housekeeping supply carts on a daily basis.
  • Properly dispose of waste and recyclables.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to special guest requests.
  • Provide turn-down service for guests as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of six months of experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector. A basic understanding of the English language is essential for effective communication with guests and fulfilling their requests. Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for morning or evening shifts, is required.
