Carpenter Specialist

• Perform a variety of carpentry tasks, including installation, repair, and maintenance of structures and fixtures.
• Utilize skills in tiling, painting, drywalling, plumbing, and electrical work to complete projects efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service, interacting with clients, colleagues, and management in a professional and positive manner.
• Estimate costs and prepare invoices for completed work.

• Proven track record as a Carpenter/Craftsman, with estimation skills and prior home inspection experience preferred.
• Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Own standard set of tools for all trades.
• Current and valid driver's license.
