Position Overview

SAIC is in search of a Senior PMO Analyst to provide essential support to the Business Operations Group (BOG) within the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Project Management Operations, applying industry best practices, and engaging in business process optimization, along with the formulation of standard operating procedures, PMO metrics, strategic roadmaps, and comprehensive dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish governance and control measures; enforce standards across the project portfolio.
  • Monitor, track, and update the status of program deliverables effectively.
  • Implement processes to ensure data accuracy, validity, and relevance.
  • Maintain a comprehensive library of PMO documentation and develop a repository of project templates to assist Project Managers in both technical and managerial capacities.
  • Create and refine Project Management guidelines and training materials.
  • Develop technical implementation documentation.
  • Transform business processes into structured workflows and visual dashboards.
  • Ensure that organizational IT lifecycle documentation remains current, supporting both Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies; engage in defining and maintaining engineering (SDLC) and architecture artifacts, ensuring compliance with standards and guidance.
  • Assist in updating the IT roadmap.
  • Maintain artifacts related to the provision of guidance and expertise on the applicability of industry standards and best practices, including ITIL, CMMI, SAFe, Agile, and DevOps.

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's Degree coupled with 6 years of relevant experience (Additional experience may substitute for degree: +2 years for associates, +4 years for high school diploma, -2 years for Master's, -4 years for PhD).
  • PMP Certification is required.
  • A minimum of 14 years of overall related work experience.
  • At least 3 years of recent PMO support experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience within an Intelligence Community Agency, ideally within ODNI.
  • PMP Certification is preferred.
