Job Summary

Oak Street Health is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Family Medicine Specialist to join our team. As a Primary Care Physician, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care and make a meaningful impact on the health outcomes of our Medicare patients.

About the Role

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $215,000-$245,000***, depending on experience and location. Our innovative value-based care model rewards quality over quantity, ensuring that you can focus on delivering the best possible care to your patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and diagnose patients at our local clinics with a patient-centric approach.
  • Oversee and direct primary care services, including prescribing and administering pharmaceutical treatments and medication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Patient Electronic Medical Record data via Canopy and Greenway.
  • Collaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality goals and drive clinical excellence.
  • Work closely with Practice Managers to direct and manage the center care team.
Requirements
  • Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) graduate.
  • Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification (or board eligible).
  • Active, non-probationary, unrestricted State License.
  • Active DEA license.
  • US work authorization.
