Job OverviewWe are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at GSS AZ Prescott Legacy Hm in Prescott, AZ. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $33.50 - $50.25 per hour, with a weekly hours requirement of 40.00. A sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 is available.
ResponsibilitiesThe RN will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide professional nursing services to patients/residents in their homes. This includes assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. The RN will also be responsible for coordinating and continuum of care, patient/resident assessment, patient/resident education, triage, and various other nursing interventions.
RequirementsTo be considered for this position, candidates must have a graduate degree from a nationally accredited nursing program, preferred. Bachelor's degree in nursing is also preferred. A minimum of one year of professional nursing experience is preferred. Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring, or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Certificate for Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS) Specialist - Clinical (COS-C) is preferred.
