Hemodialysis Treatment Specialist

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a highly skilled Hemodialysis Treatment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective delivery of hemodialysis therapy to assigned patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment outcomes
- Develop and implement education programs to promote patient understanding and adherence to treatment plans
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- At least 6 months of experience in hemodialysis nursing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
