Functional AreasWe're looking for interns to join our team in one of the following areas:
- Direct Material Procurement (Cabin, Chassis, Powertrain, or Aftersales)
- General Purchasing Services / Goods
- Purchasing Program Management
- Supply Chain Risk Management
- Procurement Processes & Systems
Durations: Summer 2025 (12 weeks)
Location: Lisle, IL

ResponsibilitiesPotential projects could include:
- Vendor Consolidation Strategy and Tail Spend Analysis
- Establish process for Supplier Capacity/Lead time documentation
- Assist with data mining information to formulate Category Strategies– i.e., Liaison with the Engineering teams to get technical details for the strategy
- Assisting in CSA negotiation and execution
- Optimization of Aftermarket processes and part number rationalization
- Creation and maintenance of Procurement dashboards and systems
To be eligible for this internship, you must:
- Pursue a Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Be at least a Sophomore standing for undergrad at the time of application
- Have a high level of computer skills (Microsoft Applications and Internet)
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be interested in transportation/automotive industry
- Have excellent time management skills
- Be detail-oriented
- Be a team player – willing to work with others inside and outside your department
