Overview

GPM Investments LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our expanding team of retail professionals. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Team Management: Motivate and guide a diverse team of 8 to 15 members to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
• Store Operations: Ensure the store is stocked with fresh products, maintain a clean and safe environment, and implement effective inventory management practices.
• Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales across all shifts, including implementing sales promotions and managing pricing.
• Expense Control: Employ proactive methods to manage store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
• Customer Service: Foster a customer-centric mindset and ensure exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Recruitment and Training: Hire and develop customer-focused team members, providing ongoing training and development opportunities to aid in their career progression.
• Safety and Motivation: Promote a safe and motivating work environment, encouraging team growth and development.
• Store Image: Ensure the store reflects the GPM Investments LLC brand image and maintains high standards of quality and presentation.

Requirements:

• Age Requirement: 21 years of age or older (varies by state)
• Retail and/or Food Management Experience: Proven track record of success in retail or food management, with a focus on sales growth and customer service.
• Leadership and Team Management Skills: Ability to motivate and guide a diverse team, with a focus on exceptional customer service.
• Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and make informed decisions.
• Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work any shift as needed, with a focus on flexibility and adaptability.
• Valid Driver's License and Access to an Insured Vehicle: Ability to travel for regional and district meetings, with a valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.
