We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at The Willows at Fritz Farm. As a Nurse Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and transferring
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' condition, including any signs of illness or injury
  • Participate in daily nursing reports and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
