Job Summary:

As an Implementation Specialist at Topline, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the implementation process of our software solutions. This involves ensuring a smooth transition, providing training and support, and working closely with our development team to customize software as per clients' needs.


Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and implementation of custom software solutions for clients. Coordinate and perform data migration, system configuration, and integration as per project requirements. Provide training to clients on how to use the software effectively. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the implementation phase. Configure DNS settings accurately according to the needs of the project. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budgets. Develop and update documentation related to software implementation processes. Collaborate with the sales and account management team to ensure a seamless transition from sale to user feedback and work with the development team to enhance the product.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as an implementation specialist or similar role. Strong understanding of Slack, Zoom, GHL, LeadConnector, ClickUp, and DNS settings. Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Google Work Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to conduct training and presentations with ease. Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset. Experience with project management tools and methodologies. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. A customer-focused approach and excellent client service disposition. Eagerness to keep abreast of the latest technology trends and developments.
